Another flourless recipe i know. But this one is really, really, really GOOD. Eat it hot if you can (but don’t burn yourself!)
Flourless Chocolate Mini Cakes
200g dark cooking chocolate, chopped
160g butter, chopped
5 eggs, separated
1 1/2 cups almond meal
3/4 cup sugar
